Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

For hygiene and safety reasons, KTY Products does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items:
All body care products are non-returnable due to personal use and safety standards.

Shipping Issues:
KTY Products is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
